Do Free apps sleep when idle?＋
Yes. Free apps sleep after a period without traffic or active requests and wake automatically on the next visit, without a new deployment. The first request may take longer while the app starts. Pro apps do not automatically sleep due to inactivity.
What happens to my data when a Free app sleeps?＋
Free apps are designed for stateless workloads. Memory and temporary files are reset when the app sleeps. Keep data you need to retain in external persistent storage; Free does not include persistent volumes or managed databases. Background tasks are not guaranteed to run while the app is idle.
What does “configured usage” mean?＋
If an app is configured with 0.5 vCPU, 512 MiB, and two replicas, billing follows that configured capacity while it is running, not moment to moment utilization. With replica autoscaling, you pay for the replicas actually running, between your minimum and maximum. Storage follows provisioned capacity.
Does the $25 Pro fee sit on top of usage?＋
Pro costs $25 per month and includes $25 toward eligible usage. If usage is below the credit, the invoice remains $25 before tax. If usage is higher, only the difference is added.
Are members billed separately?＋
No. Pro includes unlimited members with no seat charge.
How does cancellation work?＋
First, reduce the organization to one project and one member. Cancellation then removes paid resources, settles accumulated usage and outstanding invoices, and schedules the subscription to end.
Does this pricing apply to Enterprise?＋
No. Enterprise remains custom and contract billed. Pro prices, included credits, and self service cancellation do not apply.
