1. Who we are

Unbroker Cloud is operated by Unbroker, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware, United States. This policy applies to the Unbroker Cloud platform, the web console, our APIs and command-line tools, and our public websites (together, the “Service”).

If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at support@unbroker.dev.

2. Information we collect

Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and organization details. If you sign in with GitHub or Google, we receive the basic profile information those providers share with us.

Billing data: your billing name, address, tax identifiers and a payment token. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.

Content and resource data: the code, configuration, environment variables, databases, logs and other content you create or upload to run your applications.

Usage and device data: API requests, console activity, resource metadata, IP address, browser type and aggregate metrics we use to operate, secure and improve the Service.

Cookies: we use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your active organization. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain and secure the Service, including provisioning resources and enforcing usage limits.

To authenticate you, prevent fraud and abuse, and investigate incidents.

To bill you accurately for your usage and subscription.

To send operational notices and security alerts. We send product updates only if you opt in.

To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where data-protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply to you, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, comply with legal obligations and, where required, with your consent.

5. How we share information

We share data with the sub-processors listed below, each under contract and only as needed to run the Service.

We may disclose data when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Unbroker, our users or the public.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of third-party providers to deliver the Service. As of the date above these are:

Stripe provides payment processing and invoicing.

We use Contabo, UpCloud, Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and DigitalOcean as infrastructure providers.

Resend provides transactional email delivery.

GitHub and Google provide optional single sign-on if you choose to use it.

Each provider is bound by contract to protect your data and process it only on our instructions.

7. Where your data is processed

We and our providers process and store data on servers located in the European Union and the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be processed in these locations.

8. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your organization is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Content you store (deployed services, databases, snapshots and logs) is deleted within 30 days after you destroy the resource or close your account, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.

9. Security

We protect your data with measures including encryption in transit, role-based access control, two-factor authentication and least-privilege internal access. See our Security page for more detail. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

You can access, export, correct or delete your personal data from the console, or by contacting support@unbroker.dev.

Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights. These may include the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the console. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.

13. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to support@unbroker.dev.
