Build and runtime logs you can actually read

Build output is grouped by step, and JSON log lines are unpacked into message and fields.

Build logs now show one row per build step with its duration, or “cached” when it was skipped. The output of each step sits under it, and the progress noise, internal ids and cursor codes are gone.

Runtime logs written as JSON are unpacked into a message, the logger name and the remaining fields. The timestamp your app prints itself is dropped, since every line already has one.

Log levels are also detected correctly now, so the level filter and colours work for every service.
