## Build with Unbroker

- **Static hosting:** Use the Astro recipe to build your repository and serve the generated site.
- **Custom domains:** Connect a custom hostname with verification and TLS readiness visible in Cloud.
- **API and database services:** Add an API, a database or Beacon for interactive features without changing platforms.

## Deploy an Astro site

Astro is a strong foundation for a content site, product landing page or documentation website. Unbroker turns its generated output into a running service you can publish and operate from Cloud.

Connect your repository, select the Astro preset and specify the build output. With GitHub automatic deployments enabled, your publishing workflow can follow the branch you already use for releases.

## Domains and deployments

### Connect your own domain

Add a custom hostname to the service and follow verification and certificate readiness in Cloud. Keep the provided service URL available while you prepare the production domain.

### Follow every deployment

Inspect the build output and deployment history when a content update or dependency change fails. You can operate the same service from the CLI when you prefer to stay in your terminal.

## Connect an API or use server rendering

Add an API for authenticated operations, a database for durable records or Beacon for realtime updates. Unbroker gives these services a shared project context while keeping their deployments independent.

If your Astro project needs on-demand server rendering, use a compatible server adapter and the Node.js or Docker deployment path. The static preset is designed for generated files.

## Deployment tutorial

The tutorial covers output directories, nested-route checks and production URLs. It also helps you decide when to keep a static frontend and when to introduce a server. Bring an existing Astro repository and take it through the deployment flow.

## Choose your plan

The Astro build recipe and custom domains require Pro. Plain static HTML has a separate Free path. Astro server rendering uses a compatible server setup.
