# Resize managed databases, plus fixes

Managed databases can now grow in place, and a batch of fixes makes domains and the dashboard smoother.

#### Resize managed databases

Grow a managed database from its **Settings** tab: pick a larger plan or more nodes, see the new monthly price and apply. No new database and no migration. Storage can grow but not shrink, so smaller plans are disabled.

New Redis databases now run on Valkey 8, a compatible engine, shown as **Redis (Valkey)**.

#### Fixes and improvements

- A service's URL appears once it is live and its HTTPS certificate is ready, with a loader while the certificate is issued.
- Certificate requests that get stuck are retried automatically.
- Board wires show up reliably on the first visit.
- A clearer, unified **Danger zone** for deleting resources.
