# Deploy notifications and cost alerts

Get deploy results by email or Slack, and set a monthly budget that warns you before spending gets out of hand.

#### Deploy notifications

In a project's settings you can send deploy results to email and to a Slack webhook. Choose whether to hear about successes, failures or both, and use **Send test** to check the setup.

#### Cost alerts

A new **Cost alerts** tab in Billing lets you set a monthly budget and pick thresholds such as 50%, 80% and 100%. You get a notification as spending crosses each one, and a forecast alert can warn you early when the month is on track to go over budget.
